KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Managed a lead generation team
- SaaS company experience
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Online Marketing and/or Marketing Automation or related technology would be nice to have
- Sold to / knowledge of Marketing and Marketing departments would be nice to have
- Demonstrable sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned quota in software or SaaS

ROLE INFORMATION

- Managing a team of 20 lead generators performing 2 duties:
1. Outbound Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to targeted companies
2. Inbound Lead Qualification: Managing Inbound calls / warm leads
- 50% of the team will be based from the UK and 50% will be based in Europe
- Some travel to Europe
- Assist team in lead qualification ready to pass onto senior sales teams
- Set strategy, team KPIs, target setting
- You will be expected to grow the UK team by another 50%
- Coach, develop, and progress your sales staff
- Responsible for selling full suite of email marketing and marketing automation software solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies
- UK&I focused
- X vertical
- Daily access to London office
