JOB TITLE: National Sales Manager - Construction
SELLING: Manufactured range of Cooling Towers, Fluid Coolers and Evaporative Condensers
SELLING TO: M&E Consultants, Consulting Engineers, Contractors and End Users
TERRITORY: National
LOCATION: National
PACKAGE: £60k - £70k basic, OTE £85k, company car, mobile, laptop, excellent pension scheme and 25 days holiday

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* A senior figure in the industry
* Strong man management experience
* Must have strong technical sales experience
* Sold Cooling Towers or something technically related i.e. Refrigeration, Industrial Process cooling or HVAC
* Ideally degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical
* Sold to M&E Consultants/Consulting Engineers
* Must be totally independent
* Able to talk technically to clients

ROLE INFORMATION

* Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of Cooling Towers, Fluid Coolers and Evaporative Condensers
* Field/home based covering nationally
* Managing 3 experienced and high achieving Area Sales Managers with a view of growing the team further
* 50% new business and 50% account management
* Selling into M&E Consultants, Consulting Engineers, Contractors and End Users
* Dealing with projects that range in value from £2k to £20 Million
* Attending circa 2-3 meetings a day
* Leads provided and access to a database
* You will be very much managing your own projects from start to finish
* In-house training, huge support and backup
* A detailed job brief from the client is available from your consultant
