JOB TITLE: New Business Account Director - Recruitment Software Vendor
SELLING: Video Interviewing Software
SELLING TO: Public Sector
PACKAGE: Up to £60K, OTE £120K!
- Established for 5 years;
- Venture backed, second stage start-up having received four rounds of funding;
- Over £1.5M turnover;
- Offering an entirely web-based recruitment solution;
- Some of the world's largest corporates using this technology.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3 years minimum B2B sales experience;
- You must be solution led and consultative in your approach;
- You will come from a software or service led background;
- You need to have sold into HR at director or manager level;
- You will be a challenger and educator for your clients;
- New business hungry;
- Access office in London.
- This role is 100% new business, however you are able to retain up to 5 accounts if they show potential for a limited time;
- Selling purely into public sector;
- Order values range from £5K - £100K+ but generally most deals come in between £5K and £10K;
- Selling into HRD and HR Managers;
- Sales cycles can be 1 week+ but generally comes in at around 6 months for an average deal;
- Year 1 Target is £400K;
- Selling industry leading video interviewing technology that essentially negates the need for telephone interviews.
