Enterprise Pre Sales Consultant required for market leading Software vendor - experiencing huge growth and success across UK and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established SaaS leader experiencing hyper growth across Europe. The ideal candidates will have an excellent Pre-sales background, be able to code and ideally come from AI OR Customer Engagement/support software with good access to London.

 

JOB TITLE: Solution Consultant (Pre Sales) – New AI based product

SELLING: Next Generation Enterprise SaaS

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR SOLUTION CONSULTANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL

 

- 4 + years of relevant Pre Sales experience selling enterprise software

- Must be able to code 

- Knowledge in AI OR Engagement / Support software is key – Chatbot, Support software, AI Customer experience technology would be a big advantage

- Consistently and successfully attaining or exceeding pre sales goals

- Position isn’t overly technical but basic technical skills are required – POC’s / Technical presentation experience

 

ROLE INFORMATION

  • Work within a world-class team
  • Partner with other team members for new technical solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Assist with the development of formal sales plans
  • Balance the workload of the Sales Engineering team in concert with input from the Account Executives and Regional Sales Leaders
  • Transfer technical, and product knowledge to other Sales Engineers
  • Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions
  • Develop and maintain expert understanding of all of my client’s applications and products
  • Provide technical demo’s and present to customers
