JOB TITLE: Product Support Engineer - Gartner Quadrant
LOCATION: Elstead
PACKAGE: £50,000 Basic + Excellent Corporate Benefits

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong experience around windows desktop support
- Product support experience
- Network performance background / radio technology experience would be a plus
ROLE INFORMATION
- Support partners (telco's, integrators, managed service providers) in proclaiming my client's productized services
- Create and maintain a close relationship with both the technical end-customer responsible as well as technical partner peers
- Advise partners and enterprise customers on my client's best-practices
