JOB TITLE: Project Manager
LOCATION: Access to London / ability to travel
PACKAGE: £50,000-£75,000 basic salary + 10% bonus + shares / company benefits

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Must have a SaaS background
- Experienced in working on projects based around HR/HCM
- Must have 5 years Project Management experience and understand the implementation cycle

ROLE INFORMATION

- Manages several parallel software deployment projects for customers
- Coordinates and/or manages internal and external resources, both technical and non-technical (best practice experts, subject matter experts)
- Works with customers on the definition and execution of their overall project plans
- Sets customer expectations and manages scope of projects
- Completes projects on time and on budget while delighting the customers
- Identifies and advocates for new product features on behalf of the customers
- Identifies account expansion opportunities and support sales to close them
- Documents project progress as per project management best practices (meeting minutes, project plan updates, weekly status reports)
- Assists in creating Statements of Work for projects and change requests
