As the Regional Sales Director with a focus on recruitment, enablement and execution for the North Central region, you will drive revenue and ensure the continued successful trajectory of this strategically important territory.
JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Director
LOCATION: North Central America - Chicago or Minneapolis
PACKAGE: $175,000 - £200,000 x 2 OTE plus stock

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Management of a highly successful and talented sales team
- 5+ years of selling Enterprise Software in a fast paced and competitive market
- Goal orientated with a track record of personal and team overachievement
- Driven, disciplined, and intelligent, sound approach to pipeline generation, etc
ROLE INFORMATION
- Enable the team to aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline
- Coach the team to close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual booking objectives
- Foster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Work closely with Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction, and with marketing to conduct seminars, trade shows and other marketing related events
