JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Director – managing 4-8 Account Executives 
LOCATION: Washington, Virginia, Philadelphia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee 
TECHNOLOGY: Cloud Data Management Platform 
PACKAGE: Base from $150,000 with a $300,000 uncapped OTE plus stock and personal commission 
- Pre-IPO Cloud Data Management 
- Outstanding Senior Executive team
- Significant VC funding 
- 300+ employees 
- 3+ years in enterprise sales management   
- Exposure to a fast-paced pre-IPO environment   
- Evidence of attracting the top 5% of sales professionals to your team   
- Previous success in direct sales   
- Must come from a SaaS / on premise software background   
- Process driven – MEDDPIC or Force Management 
- Inherit a team of 3 Enterprise Sales Executives and grow the region to a team of 6 by the end of the year   
- You'll lead this team with great energy, passion and initiative. A major focus will be on the recruitment of "A-Player" sales professionals to join your territory   
- The enterprise account team concentrates exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within assigned territories, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition   
- As the Regional Sales Director you will focus on recruitment, enablement and execution for your designated region. You'll drive revenue and assure the continued successful trajectory of this strategically important territory 
- Enable the team to aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline   
- Coach the team to close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual booking objectives   
- Foster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities   
- Recruit sales talent from within your territory   
- Offer mentorship, guidance and support to your growing enterprise team   
- Run quarterly QBR's with senior management
