This is an incredible opportunity to work for a pre-IPO American software vendor looking to expand their presence within EMEA. You will be joining a direct sales team focused on selling SaaS-based customer experience management to enterprise customers throughout France.

COMPANY INFORMATION

- In operation 13 years
- American pre-IPO growing throughout EMEA
- SaaS-based, employee-wide customer experience management
- Strong team of over 600 growing very quickly

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- You will require 5+ year's software sales experience selling SaaS based business applications
- In this role you would ideally have a degree in business or technical related field of study
- You will need to have experience in selling to enterprise customers across France
- You would require 3+ years of proven track record against sales quota.

ROLE INFORMATION

- You will be selling to the enterprise and mid-market level customers 
- You will need to achieve sales objectives primarily through selling SaaS-based customer experience software solutions to new customers, and also through sales of additional services to new customers. This solution helps each employee on an individual basis to attain feedback from their customer's experience, which helps monitor and develop their skills in great customer service and relationship management. The solution provides 24/7 real time updates to each member of the workforce that is involved in customer interaction. 
- Develop and maintain an effective business, sales and marketing plan for your assigned territory
- Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, lead sourcing, networking and partner relationships.
