JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager - Fast Growth Software Unicorn
PACKAGE: Up to £100K Base, £200K OTE, Stock + Benefits
* Well established but really pushed on since 2012;
* Received $100m in VC funding to date;
* 13 datacentres globally;
* Revenues grown from $6m to $42m over the last 3 years;
* Amazing board and story.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* A-Player or rising star;
* Coachable - wants to be developed;
* Strong proven track record;
* 5 years+ enterprise software sales experience;
* Ideally cracked large corporate accounts;
* Ideally MEDDIC trained but if not, trained in other classic sales methodologies;
* Probably sold to IT decision makers at some point.
* Reporting to VP Europe;
* UK focus;
* Named accounts (will be given 5 - 8 big accounts to crack cross vertical most likely);
* $1.3 m target;
* 3 - 6 months sales cycle;
* Deals are rising and can go above $1m but average circa $200K currently;
* SAAS deals - typically over 3 years & paid on renewals;
* 100% cloud-based solution;
* Pitching to IT heads and line of business heads within corporate accounts;
* Exceptional comm structure & kickers;
* Top earners in US circa $800K but will have £million earners very soon. In the UK they have some big earners but now is the optimum time to join as the company are ideally positioned. £400K+ realistic earning potential.
