KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A-Player or rising star
- Coachable – wants to be developed
- Intelligent
- Strong proven track record
- 5 years+ enterprise software sales experience
- Hunter
- Ideally cracked large corporate accounts
- Ideally MEDDIC trained but open to other classic sales methodologies
- Probably sold to IT decision makers at some point
ROLE INFORMATION
- Reporting to North East Regional Director
- Open on location – New England, New Hampshire, Boston
- New business role but you will get some named accounts (will be given 5-8 big accounts to crack)
- $1.3m target
- 3-6 months sales cycle
- Deals are rising and can go above $1m but average circa $200K currently
- SaaS deals – typically over 3 years & paid on renewals
- 100% cloud-based solution
- Pitching to IT heads and line of business heads within corporate accounts
- Exceptional comm structure & kickers
- Top earners in US circa $800K but will have million dollar earners very soon
