Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Regional VP of Sales with a recognised Gartner Leader. You will be responsible for delivery of your assigned revenue target and growth strategy, you'll mentor Regional Sales Managers and help them deliver their own personal quota, as well as their assigned teams.

PACKAGE: $170,000 - $180,000 x 2 OTE plus stock and benefits

ROLE INFORMATION

As a Regional VP of Sales you'll be responsible for delivery of your assigned revenue target and growth strategy, you'll mentor Regional Sales Managers and help them deliver their own personal quota, as well as their assigned teams. You'll provide mentoring whenever needed and continue to recruit A-players from within the software market to increase company profile and revenues.

Responsibilities:

- Take charge and build out a high performing sales team across your defined region
- Set targets for vertical market expansion and highlight key accounts to target
- Drive high activity at all times
- Coach and mentor all sales staff under your management
- Put in place training programs when needed
- Accompany RSM's on high profile sales meetings
