- Experience managing a sales team
- Proven sales leader
- Experienced in a start-up environment
- Process driven
ROLE INFORMATION
- Manage, coach and grow a sales team of 8 people
- Create a strategy to grow your territory and work hard to achieve it
- Use discipline, structure and process to ensure targets are met
- Take a hands-on management approach
