PACKAGE: £80k base, £160k OTE, plus RSUs

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven track record as a professional sales leader
- Good methodologies for sales success and ability to coach and develop a sales team
- Strong leadership style
- Sold Network/Connectivity or related Telco/IT solutions

ROLE INFORMATION

- This leading global network services provider is looking for an inspirational Sales Director, managing a team of 7 enterprise new business sales professionals and selling to a mix of new logo and existing clients
- Your responsibilities will be to coach and develop the sales team, attend meetings with them, and devise the go-to market strategy as well as recruit new staff
- The business has been growing at 15% year-on-year leveraging success in the US offering a more dynamic, flexible and cost-effective network solution
- Your team will be selling network services predominately into the Finance Services sector as well as Utilities, Data Centres, Media and Gaming
- The full portfolio includes dark fibre network / ethernet / wavelength / IP services / cloud services / colocation / mobile infrastructure solutions
- You will have extensive access to pre-sales and technical support, as well as regular contact with company decision makers in America
- This is a fast paced and proactive working environment
- Deal sizes from £200k - £5m with the largest TCV deals at £10m
- 0-12 months sales cycles
- Individual sales targets are roughly $40k MRR sold in quarter. You will carry a team target; value tbc
- The top performers earning £120k+ attend quarterly presidents club in America
