Job Description

A powerful software that evaluates an enterprise's desktop and virtualisation licensing environment to ensure compliance and correct usage. Whilst doing this it also acts as a powerful tool to see which vendors are performing best and who in your organisation is using what software.

JOB TITLE: Sales Director - Software Asset Management
LOCATION: London & Home Counties
PACKAGE: £100,000 - £120,000 with an OTE of £200,000 - £240,000 + benefits + stock

- Must have experienced success in a New Business Enterprise Software or IT Services sales role as an individual contributor
- Must have experience in selling complex software deals into multiple points of contact within the Business
- Must have an appreciation of both software and services
- Either experienced in managing and mentoring or ready to make the step up into leadership
- Must have sold SaaS technology
- Ideally experienced start-up / smaller business
- Must have a network in the Enterprise space 5000+ employee organisations
- Curious, driven, self-motivated, coachable, strong self-esteem
- Ability to wear many hats and drive a deal without too much help
- Ability to take a value proposition and transform it into a deal
- Challenger type sales people
- Longevity - must be able to demonstrate successful periods of time


- The role will be a mixture of managing and selling
- Initially you will be 90% selling individually
- You will have a remit to grow the UK sales team to 5 within 6 months
- Managing between 1-2 people from day one
- The team will be focused on new logo business within the largest UK accounts
- You will be given a generous target for both you individually and the team
- Small pilot deals leading into large multi-million pound deals
- Daily access into the office (London)
