JOB TITLE: Sales Engineer
PACKAGE: Salary will not be a deciding factor on who my client can hire, but package will include a very competitive basic salary + bonus + stock options and a home-based contract

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* AT LEAST 2-5 years' Pre-Sales experience
* Must have experience working with Contact Centre technologies
* Must be a 'Rock star'
* Work within a world-class team
* Partner with other team members for new technical solutions to meet customer requirements
* Assist with the development of formal sales plans
* Balance the workload of the Sales Engineering team in concert with input from the Account Executives and Regional Sales Leaders
* Transfer technical, and product knowledge to other Sales Engineers
* Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions
* Develop and maintain expert understanding of all of my client's applications and products
* Provide technical demos and present to customers
