JOB TITLE: Sales Engineering Director
PACKAGE: Up to £140K base, bonus, significant stock and other fantastic benefits
* Listed as one of the top 20 pre-IPO companies to watch
* Comfortably over £150m funding
* Very impressive client list including the likes of British Gas, Netflix, eBay etc.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Minimum 5 years' pre-sales experience selling a Data focused product (Analytics, BI, Databases, Hadoop, Data Management, etc)
* Must have previous experience managing pre-sales teams
* Previous experience with Java is hugely beneficial
* Leadership of a rapidly scaling EMEA pre-sales team with existing presences across both DACH and Southern Europe
* Act as a senior member of the EMEA leadership and define the strategy for the region
* Both training and onboarding of new hires as well as ongoing work to bring out the best in your senior SE's
* Act as a Principal SE on key strategic deals, pitching into senior Architects and Development teams to provide them with a market-leading solution
