This represents a chance to join a start-up at the most exciting time in the life cycle; you will own the team number for the flagship product within the ecosystem and continue to carry your own number.

JOB TITLE: UK Sales Manager - Unicorn, leading VC-backed, pre-IPO SaaS Customer Support and Management Vendor

PACKAGE: £70,000-£80,000 basic + uncapped commission + stock

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- You will have previously sold SaaS and be used to managing a complex sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders
- 7+ years selling software with a minimum of 4 with some management/leadership
- You will know the UK market and be comfortable with C-suite conversations
- You must have experienced a process driven structured business
- Confident and diligent
- A true team player, able to inspire your team as the company journey nears its IPO

ROLE INFORMATION

- Player/Manager opportunity, you will have responsibility for a team of 4 AE's - you will be tasked with growing this to 8
- Working with a vibrant, dynamic team of driven and determined salespeople in a state-of-the-art Central London location
- 50/50 split in terms of selling and management - you will be responsible for development, 1-2-1 training, motivating your team and carrying both an individual and team target
- Your team will be targeting companies with over 400 seats
- Reporting into the UK Regional Director
