JOB TITLE: Sales Manager - New Business - Business Process Management Software
LOCATION: Berkshire / Home-based
PACKAGE: £60,000 - £70,000 Basic, £140,000 OTE + £8,000 Car + Benefits + 30 days holiday + 13% pension

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years' experience in technology sales, ideally software
- 2+ years' managing an external sales team ideally New Business
- Business Applications software background ideally
- PTR of overachievement
- Sold into line of business
ROLE INFORMATION
- Sales Manager role spending 100% of your time managing and selling with your team
- You will manage a team of 5 External New Business Sales Managers
- The team will be focused on selling into new clients in an assigned territory
- Targeted on new revenue within new accounts 100 - 500 users
- You will carry a team target and not an individual target, but you will be expected to sell with your team
- UK geographic territory
- Very strong support: internal marketing, strong pre-sales, solutions architects, onsite PR team, Implementation team, Tax and accountant specialists
