Sales leadership opportunity working for a globally recognised brand in the provision of complex IT Outsourcing solutions.

JOB TITLE: Sales Manager - Data Centre Solutions - £3bn+ t/o market leader
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: £100k Basic, £200k OTE, Car Allowance and full Bens

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- You MUST be a subject matter expert in selling data centre solutions (product and professional services)
- You MUST have managed an Enterprise sales team for 3+ years
- You WILL have a track record of selling extensively in to Enterprise customer accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to influence and present to a diverse audience
- Enthusiastic and dynamic attitude and proactive approach

ROLE INFORMATION

- In this role you will be leading a team of 12 solutions sales specialists delivering over £400m of services-led data centre solutions into the UK's key Enterprise business
- Your team are subject matter experts selling complex Data Centre solutions
- You will need to motivate, mentor and coach your team, assisting them to develop and close multiple deals in the region of £500k to £10M revenue
- Customers are Blue Chip clients in the mid-market, Public Sector and Enterprise (2000+ users)
Your role will encompass;
- P&L responsibility
- Commercial management of Pre-sales and Post-sales consultancy
- Sales operations
- Partner management and commercial operations
- Development of marketing & sales execution plans; developing strategic approach with key vendors
- Talent management in the team across the full life cycle from recruitment, enabling, performance management and retention
