One of the fastest-growing Salesforce partners is looking for a Business Development Manager to continue their growth in the UK market. My client has doubled in turnover and size in the last 3 years.

JOB TITLE: Salesforce Services Sales Specialist
PACKAGE: £100K Base, £200k OTE + Benefits

- $100m turnover last year and targeting $125m this year
- $10m turnover in the UK (doubled in the last 3 years)
- Profitable, privately owned company - no plans to sell
- 750 employees worldwide
- Some of the best technical consultants within the Salesforce arena
- Well-established as a leading platinum Salesforce partner with significant referenceable success


- Sold project based professional services around CRM (ideally Salesforce)
- New business
- Understand how channel model works
- Hungry/motivated
- Ideally well networked in Salesforce
- Autonomy (able to do first meeting alone)


- This is an opportunity to be the leading salesperson in the UK for a well-established and growing US business and to grow a team around you
- You will be selling 100% consultancy-led deals i.e. implementation, integration, migration, training and support (they have a technology centre in the US they can deliver this from)
- 100% new business sales role - you retain accounts typically until the second deal is closed
- You will be well-supported by delivery leads and solution architects on each deal. You will also receive significant training on Salesforce and marketing lead support, as well as regular time with the EMEA MD
- You will be selling cloud enablement, cloud CRM, cloud ERP, mobility and analytics. 85% of their UK business is with Salesforce the rest is with Informatica, Amazon, Google and others
- This role is selling X-vertical corporate to enterprise level
- They have a 90% client retention rate with very high customer satisfaction reviews
- Projects will range from £200k - £500k
- You will be selling into CIO's, CTO's and IT Directors
- They are big enough to offer an array of expertise but not so big that processes are frustrating. As a salesperson you will have full autonomy to executive deals as you see fit
