Our client, a fantastic international cloud application and infrastructure managed hosting business with a great company culture, is looking for a Sales Specialist to grow their already prosperous UK business. This company arguably has one of the best commission schemes in the industry and you will earn more money here than any of their competitors.

JOB TITLE: IT Cloud Services Sales Specialist
LOCATION: South East
PACKAGE: £75k base, £150k OTE, plus benefits


- Established over 20 years in the USA and over 15 years in the UK
- Born from various acquisitions within the infrastructure arena, for some years they were known as a data centre infrastructure player who would compete against the likes of Telecity and Equinix. They now market themselves as a complex managed services hosting provider

- 30% year-on-year growth
- 2 delivery centres in India and the USA


- New business hunters
- 5+ years IT Services sales experience
- Experience selling cloud managed services
- Exposure to online retail would be ideal but any private sector background is fine
- Self-starter (someone that can take charge/control of situations internally and externally to ensure a successful outcome)
- Experience selling to large enterprises is a bonus
- Stable 2+ year career moves


- The Regional Sales Director is responsible for securing contracts in:
* Cloud Enterprise Managed Services
* Hosting
* Packaged Application Management
* Hosting Custom Applications
* Custom Web Development
* Cloud/Utility Computing
* Oracle
* PeopleSoft
* Siebel
* Hyperion
* Lawson
* Microsoft Dynamics from existing and prospective customers
- Vacancy due to ongoing growth
- Reporting into Sales Director
- This role is 100% new business sales, 50/50 generating your own leads and following up on leads generated for you by the marketing engine and 2 telemarketers
- You will retain new accounts for 12 months then pass over to an account manager
- You will be selling cross vertically in the private sector with particular success in online retail such as Asos and Harrods
- Typical order values range from £20k-£100k monthly recurring revenue
- Sales cycles 6-12 months
- Pitching to C-level
- Ramp up monthly recurring revenue target tbc
