This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Application Development services business that is experiencing record growth! Widely regarded as the number 1 in their space, they are looking for someone to join their successful and growing sales team.

JOB TITLE: IT Application Development Services - Senior BDM
LOCATION: Copenhagen
PACKAGE: €110k base, €220k OTE plus benefits

- Experience selling on-shore, near-shore or offshore IT application development services
- Experience selling into any of the following verticals including: Telco, Media and Technology (TMT), Retail, Banking, Travel, or Transport
- Proven track record in new business sales
- Honest and credible


- This is a new business focused role, but you will also inherit some existing accounts/opportunities
- You will be selling Bespoke Agile Application Development, Testing Services, Outsourcing, and Maintenance/Application Management
- Operating a best shore model where the bulk of work is carried out in Eastern Europe and then the solution is fine-tuned onsite in the client's office
- This is a 100% services-led sale
- Sales cycles are typically 3-9 months and you will be dealing with multiple points of contact on both the business and technical sides of the customer
- Deal sizes are between €250k-€1m typically, however, they can be significantly more such as a recent €50m deal closed
- New logo wins are usually initiated with pilot schemes of around €100k
- You will receive strong support from technical and marketing personnel. You will also have access to a strong lead generation and appointment setting team
- Target is to be confirmed year 1. Once up and running, the other BDM's carry targets in the region of €15m TCV PA each
- Top earners in the sales team are making in excess of €500k. This is a genuine €200k-€300k opportunity year 1 and 2. Potentially a lot more moving forward
