KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Must be experienced around APM - minimum of 3 years' experience
- Must be in an equivalent Post-Sales position - CMS, Customer Success Engineer, Senior Technical Account Manager
- Must have a passion for building customer relationships
- Must be an excellent presenter

ROLE INFORMATION

- Responsible for providing Post-Sales support around their leading APM (Application Performance Management) software technology
- SME around APM
- Supporting an account and professional services team in the closure of large deals into household name clients
- You will be very client-facing and will get involved in high level customer interactions, demos, and commercial and technical discussions around the technology
- Deal sizes can vary depending on client needs and conversations will take place right up to C-level
