JOB TITLE: Senior ITSM ServiceNow Sales Specialist
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: £65k base, £130k OTE, £7k car allowance

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Sold project based professional services around software solutions or application services
- New Business and/or Account Management experience
- Proven experience in growing revenues by selling multiple propositions into an account winning new Consulting Services and Software Solution based projects
- Sold at C-Level in Corporate/Enterprise Clients
- Good rapport building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
- Self-starter and team player
- Ideally product and services sales experience with ITSM
- Ideally ITIL Foundation
- Ideally formal Solution Sales Trained

ROLE INFORMATION

- New business focused role with some account management
- Your job will be creating and maintaining c level relationships cross sector
- Joining an enterprise sales team supported by internal telemarketing and marketing functions
- You will be selling a full portfolio of IT Service Management Solutions covering areas such as;
Project Initialisation, Assessment and Audit, Process Engineering, Awareness and Training, Vendor Management
- Well recognised by ServiceNow for their delivery capabilities and happy customers, they won 20 new clients in 2014 across Finance, Law, Retail, Telco and Automotive sectors including 1 of Europe's largest law firms, worth up to £1m each
- Typical projects are £250k ranging from £50k to £1m
- Typical sales cycle 3-6 months
- Target £1.2m revenue, £400k profit.
