- 2 or more years as a Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer
- Experience working with one or more of the following languages - Java, Python, .NET
- Experience with any form of monitoring tool / solution - APM / NPM
- Need to be a heavy hitter who is overachieving (A-PLAYER)
- Need to have access to Boston


- Responsible for providing pre-sales support around their leading monitoring software
- Supporting a very well established sales team in the closure of large deals into household name clients
- You will be very client-facing and will get involved in POC's, demos and commercial and technical discussions around the technology
- Deal sizes can vary depending on client needs and conversations will take place right up to C-level
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Confer with customers to assess deployment needs and to determine criteria for successful product trials
- Research competitive solutions and positioning to highlight differentiation
