Senior Sales Engineer – SIEM Cyber Security UK/EMEA – Remote £105,000 /£115,000k + 30% bonus and stock
An opportunity to join a very well VC Funded vendor who has already established themselves as a leader in thier field. With a foothold in the UK and EMEA now is the time for them to further grwo the UK Sales and SE team with ambitious Pre-Sales Engineers who have an appetite for growth, development and life changing stock. This will be hard work but a very, very exciting and lucrative journey for an ambitious SIEM Cyber Secuirty Pre-Sales Engineer.
Role:
* Work with sales executives throughout the sales cycle: opportunity identification, sales meetings, product demonstrations, POCs, scoping meetings (understanding of sales process)
* Help with solution training / partner engagement and enablement
* Hands on Knowledge of Security related products and technologies (e.g. IDS/IPS, SIEM/Log Management, Network / Endpoint Security, Incident Response, etc.)
* Some software development and/or scripting experience (regex, python, etc.), ability to work at the system command line interface.
* Understanding of SOC environment
* Working knowledge of routing principles and networking architecture, protocols and services
* Ability to effectively present solutions via live presentations and remote webinars
* Must have excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
* Travel across EMEA
Key Experience Required:
- Security Vendor – ideally SIEM
- Very Strong Linux
- High energy and commited Pre-Sales Engineer
- Strong presentation skills / start up mentality
