Job Description

Who has revolutionized the Data Analytics world? My client is completely redefining how companies store and analyse their data. In their first year in EMEA, they have onboarded more customers than any other vendor in the space and off the back of this, they are now looking for a Support Engineer to come in and work with these hugely exciting brands in the region.

COMPANY INFORMATION

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* 5+ years' Tech Support experience
* Must have supported a Data Warehouse related technology or Databases
* Database performance troubleshooting experience
* Outstanding SQL skills

ROLE INFORMATION

* Early-stage support hire in the EMEA region working as part of the global support team, primary responsibility will be for East Coast US & EMEA customers
* Mixture of phone based and email communications with customers after picking up any tickets that come through
* Get involved in product recommendations and consulting with engineering on how best to reduce the support workload
