Job Description

We are currently working with a pre-IPO Systems Management Software Vendor to help grow their EMEA Professional Services Operation. They specialise in Runbook Automation Software to help manage business infrastructure in real-time, reducing the costs associated with more traditional manual processes within their customers. You will join a small PS team and support top sales professionals once a sale is complete to streamline and provide post-sales services!

JOB TITLE: Solution Architect EMEA
LOCATION: EMEA, London office based
PACKAGE: Base £80,000-£90,000 + 10% Bonus


- Established circa 15 years ago
- Approx. 120 employees worldwide, 15 in the UK
- Specialise in Runbook Automation Software
- Their technology allows their customers to save 200% on operational costs
- Systems Management technology


- 5 years minimum of post-sales experience at an Architect level
- You should have scripting ability in any of the following: Python, Java, or Groovy
- Service Management, Automation or Monitoring industry experience is key


- Working as an experienced professional services team, you will be working closely with the sales team and will be instrumental in providing core post-sales architecture activity, presenting their systems management technology to prospective clients
- This is a technically orientated Solution Architect role whereby you will customise the demo's to each prospective client's requirements - hence the scripting ability required in the role
- Working with new and existing customers covering EMEA
- Demo's will be carried out face-to-face or via WebEx
- Speaking to senior level business and technical decision makers from CIO level down
