Leading manufacturer of pre-cast concrete products is looking to recruit a field based specification sales person to cover the North of England. This role is a mix of new business and account management selling into Consulting Engineers, Housing Developers, Main Contractors and Highways England.
Excellent support and backup.

You must have construction field sales experience and have sold to Consulting Engineers and Main Contractors.

SELLING TO: Consulting Engineers, Housing Developers, Main Contractors and Highways England
TERRITORY: Manchester, Liverpool, Yorkshire, Blackpool, Leeds, Scotland
LOCATION: Manchester, Liverpool, Yorkshire, Blackpool, Leeds, Scotland
PACKAGE: £40k basic, OTE £46k, company car allowance, 24 days holiday, pension, laptop, mobile

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Very strong communicator, presenter and negotiator
- Experience of Pre-Cast Water Management sales would be advantageous but not essential
- Must have in-depth sales experience with consulting engineers, housing developers and main contractors
- Previous field sales experience
- An engineering background is beneficial
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient
- Happy being new business/specification led

ROLE INFORMATION

- Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of pre-cast concrete solutions, you are specialising in the Water Management sectors
- Field/home based covering Northern England
- New business/specification focused selling into a mix of Consultant Engineers, Housing Developers, Main Contractors, The Environment Agency, Network Rail and Highways England
- Leads provided but you will be expected to generate your own appointments, to be self-sufficient and source opportunity
- Delivering presentations and supporting external regional sales in securing business
- Developing existing clients and targeting new business
- Great training, support and backup
