- MUST have sold to architects and specifiers
- Must be located on patch
- A solution led salesperson
- Project led sales experience
- Consultative in approach
ROLE INFORMATION
-Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of Cement and Concrete Technology (Cement Additives and Admixtures) and Barriers (Waterproofing and Sealants)
- Home/field based covering London and the Home Counties
- Project led sales focused selling into Architects and Specifiers, following it through to the Contractor
- 85% new business/project sales and 15% account management
- You are managing a successful area and will be expected to increase turnover by an agreed percentage
- Generally working on larger projects
- On average doing circa 4 meetings a day and circa 2-3 CPD seminars a month
- Leads provided but self-generation expected also
