Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of Waterproofing Membrane Solutions.
Field/home based covering London and the Home Counties, selling into Architects, Specifiers, Contractors, Applicators and Stockists.
A mix of new business and account management, very consultative sale.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Must have specification sales experience within the construction industry (ideally 7 years minimum)
- Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architectural professional qualification is preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate value propositions of construction products
- Excellent presentation skills
- New Business skills but in a consultative way
- Knowledge of the international construction industry and the construction procurement process from design to execution
- Career stability

ROLE INFORMATION

- Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of waterproofing membrane solutions
- Field/home based covering London and the Home Counties
- Selling into a mix of Architects, Specifiers, Contractors, Applicators and Stockists
- 45% of your time will be focusing on projects, 25% will be on target accounts, 15% project tracking and management reporting via the CRM, 10% working cross regional and team communication, and 5% personal development and training
- Your role is very much about specification generation and specification breaking
- Leads provided, strong database also but you will be required to utilise your own contacts
- Huge support and backup
