JOB TITLE: Support Engineer - Hyper growth Marketing Technology
LOCATION: South East
PACKAGE: £50k + bonus + benefits (health, pension, etc.)

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* 3+ years Support experience
* You are a born and bred problem solver and love digging into customer issues
* You can write and debug JavaScript code
* Experience working with web analytics products (Omniture, Webtrends, etc)
ROLE INFORMATION
* This is a pure problem solver's role, digging into a massive range of customer problems
* Mixture of phone based, email and support tickets
* Debugging JavaScript code and you will write a couple of lines in JavaScript if needed
* Get involved in product recommendations and consulting with engineering on how best to reduce the support workload
* Standard working hours
