KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

In order to apply for this role, you should have the following background:

- 5+ years of Technical Account management with Enterprise customers
- 3+ years Storage environment experience: NAS/SAN/RAID
- Project management exposure
- Basic Linux exposure

ROLE INFORMATION

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a customer facing, trusted technical advisor to strategic accounts. Key responsibilities are to:

- Understand and articulate architecture driven solutions and value
- Own pre and post sales technical support and sales management to assigned strategic accounts
- Oversee all customer related technical relationships and communications
