JOB TITLE: Technical Pre-Sales Engineer / Technical Account Managers / RPA Developers / Pre-Sales Managers (not managing a team)
LOCATION: UK / Germany / Nordics
PACKAGE: €70,000-€95,000 basic + bonus (up to 30%) - potential shares

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* 2-3 years pre-sales OR Technical Account Management experience
* You must be consultative
* You will demo products so you must have excellent presentation skills
* MUST have a development background - C, C++, C#, Java, Python, Bash, Ruby
* Must have a desire to learn new technologies

ROLE INFORMATION

Pre-Sales

* Responsible for providing pre-sales support around their leading monitoring software
* Supporting a very well-established sales team in the closure of large deals into household name clients
* You will be very client-facing and will get involved in POC's, demos, and commercial and technical discussions around the technology
* Deal sizes can vary depending on client needs and conversations will take place right up to C-level
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers

Technical Account Manager

* Assume direct responsibility and drive exceptional support provided to our customer base, with specific focus on assigned accounts
* Investigate issues reported by customers by doing your own research and involving others across the organisation as necessary
* For assigned accounts, manage support escalations and issue prioritisation, acting internally as a customer advocate
* Contribute new articles and maintain existing knowledge base articles
* On a rotation basis, be available for on-call support out of office hours
