JOB TITLE: Technical Support Engineer

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* 3 years troubleshooting experience with knowledge of infrastructure
* 1 year+ BI (Business Intelligence) software experience
* You will have some SaaS experience
* Worked with Enterprise size clients
* Strong customer facing skills
* Troubleshoot complex customer problems
* Provide general consulting regarding system architecture
* Deliver customer training on the product
* Perform remote installations of the product into the client's environment
* Ensure compliance with the client's existing environment.
