Backed by tier 1 VCs, they have already taken the US by storm and are set to do so in EMEA. This spells rapid growth plans to mould this role into a core aspect of the EMEA leadership team. JOB TITLE: First EMEA Technical Support Engineer - T1 VC-backed Data Science vendor - Incredible package + STOCK
PACKAGE: Up to £70k + Benefits


* A rapidly growing start-up that is completely reshaping the Data Science world
* Their technology has several massive unique selling points and with them positioned uniquely in the market, customers are lining up for this product


* 3+ years Technical Support background
* Strong Linux configuration skills
* Python troubleshooting experience (you can do some coding in Python when needed!)
* Any experience with the likes of Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, and so on is of benefit


* 1st Support position in EMEA to grow into a leadership position as the region grows
* Predominantly working UK business hours with some on call rotation if needed
* Responding to customer queries through Zendesk, email and phone conversations
* Escalating to Development team when necessary
* Monitoring of client environments
