KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* You will currently be performing a client facing role in a technical capacity. Our client is open on backgrounds i.e. you could be from Tech Support now or you could be involved in Pre-Sales or Professional Services roles and looking to make a move into Support
* You need to have the following technical skills: Basic SQL, Linux OR have a background in software applications

ROLE INFORMATION

* You will join a team of 3 Support Consultants in the UK to cover our client's entire product portfolio
* The role can involve elements of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support. Due to the rate at which this team is growing, our client is open to people coming in at all support levels. If you need to escalate a support issue then there are people at hand to resolve such issues
* The support is typically reactive, but the client is looking to bring in an element of pro-activeness too
* You will deal with approx. 3 tickets a day via web and email mostly
* Their technology runs on Linux, Windows and Mac and is Java based (TomCat application Server)
