Due to sustained growth, they have an urgent need to hire a Technical Support team Lead to manage their UK tech support team, working with some major clients. The company is very well established and still growing at a very fast rate so now is a perfect time to join!

JOB TITLE: Tier 1 Support - Global Video Software Technology

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Second line support experience
* Applications and basic network applications, including knowledge of browser compatibility issues
* Working knowledge of web-based technologies, including HTML, XML, FTP, JavaScript, and Adobe Flash
* Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
* Exposure to online technical problem solving and triage
* Understanding of internet technologies including browsers, networking, firewalls & proxy servers
* Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly

ROLE INFORMATION

* Analysing technical trends and recommending product and documentation enhancements
* Actively contributing to their online community and knowledge database for up-to-date customer information and solutions
* Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements; Establish operations objectives and delegate tasks and responsibilities where appropriate
* Drive continuous process improvements / initiatives, to increase productivity, improve customer satisfaction (C-SAT), and consistently meet business KPIs
