Types of communications
By submitting your email address or sending your CV to one of the teams you are consenting to receive the particular piece of information you requested, typically information on an open job vacancy as well as allowing us to send you appropriate and useful communications. Information Collected / Types of Data Collected

This together with data about your employment and career history alongside relevant industry skills, accolades and desired requirements relating only to employment and career opportunities. We will never use your data for anything other than in the process of supporting a career move. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website or directly with one of the teams on interview.

A review of data held will occur every 6 month and unless requested otherwise will be help for a period of 3 years or until the data subject re-engages with CD Recruitment for support in Recruitment services / interests.

Data collection occurs most often by a data subject sending a CV or information relating to their job search or a business looking for recruitment services, Other personal data will be collected on interview either in person or over the phone / email for the purpose of recruitment activities.

Business Interests

The data collected will be used for the sole purpose of recruiting activities and to help the qualification of appropriate candidates and clients for permanent and contract recruitment activities. We do not work with 3rd party data controllers and will not transfer your data to any other third-party organisations or third countries.

Any person whose data we take control of will be contacted to request specific permission to do so and regular risk assessments are taken across the organisation to ensure the safety and security of the data held.

We have a breach policy and training across the organisation to ensure best practices.
